Never can get threw on the phone. Push#1 to leave a message it just repeats recording. Had blood test done. Needed refill call in and nothing.They promised someone would call with the result but they never did. Ladies in the ofice are always on their phones personal n landline. Why I'm getting a new doctor. 3rd chance I've given n still get screwed.

3 stars for Dr Matt who I've been seeing for 17 years & 0 for the rest. 2nd time this year I waited for over an hour to see Dr Matt SPECIFICALLY and didn't even get to see him! It's very very frustrating! I have a family doctor not doctors. I don't know what else to say but GET IT TOGETHER!!! *** In Response *** If it was truly an emergency then you need to let your staff know that anyone here to see you can either wait or reschedule.
