Front desk staff is horrible and unprofessional. You call off from work expecting to be seen the day of your appointment, and without communicating you get there and can’t be seen because the doctors not there. Numerous times I arrived for a appointment and was turn around because the doctor not showing up. Front staff is childish and play around all day as if it’s not a business. The fat big nose one is ignorant. You wait 30-50 minutes for therapy just to get in the back and see it’s empty.

Dr bowdens been around for decades family practice then helps out patients with conditions hard to bear finds ways to treat pain thru physical therapy mainly with a state of the art physical therapy room some newer machines. And only as a last resort does he take other measures along with his PA ........he has a hard job being in one office treating patients then also monitoring the other office via in person and via monitor with the pa during appointments u dont know this but dr bowdens always watching whether in person or in betweeen patients hes making sure he oversees the other office via monitors during The other MD...PA..or NP appointments. Hes been round so long dr bowden that the mother of my children is 35 and her mom used to work for him back in the mayor street days....listen he follows the law and if your not down with that out the door youll go.......its hard enough medically as it is
