I have been coming to this dealership for years and have never had an issue until September 15. I have two issues, the first one being that I was not given the option for which oil I wanted used in my oil change that I was schedule for. When I have gotten oil changes previously they were around $20-$30. This time around I was charged $71. Looking through other reviews I have seen this happen to other customers before (primarily other women) and I find it very suspicious and shady that they automatically charge you the more expensive option. My second issue is that THEIR car technician BROKE MY KEY. I was told this right after my representative told me my car was ready. The “explanation” they gave me was that due to my car being an older model, the casing for my key over time becomes brittle and can fall apart. I guarantee you that I have never had issues with my key and it was in ONE PIECE when I left the house that morning. The kicker is that they want to charge ME for a key that THEY broke. At a very cheap price of $300. And that’s with the dealership giving me a “deal” to fix it. I assure you that you can find a better place to take your car than here.

I recently bought a vehicle from Honda of Gainesville Ishmell I believe that’s how the salesman name that sold me the car name is spelled he sold me a dirty car the interior was dirty and stained so he promised me before i sign the papers it would be cleaned before I receive the vehicle so i took his word and when i got into the car i realized it wasn’t so he promised me actually guaranteed me that if i bring it back it will be cleaned i have gone to Honda of Gainesville numerous times he tells me he is waiting on a special team because it needs more than just cleaning and only certain people come to do those things i have reached out to him as we’ll still no positive answer as of when this special team will be there it’s been nearly 3 months I’m tired of waiting and reaching out so i feel this review will maybe get some attention i feel as if he was more focus on making a sale instead of caring about the person who is buying the vehicle i feel nobody should purchase a dirty vehicle that they are paying on to obtain ownership of.

I was in the market looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I had tried two other dealerships with failed attempts. I had done an application with Honda but had not heard anything and decided I was just gonna wait. I received a call on a Saturday afternoon from Ismael G. and he was so convincing, although I did not want to hear the same news again. I scheduled an appt and wanted to back out at the last moment but chose to go on my day off. Met with Ismael and we began to converse and complete the application process, and that led to me signing my name on the dotted line for a brand new SUV. He was confident, thorough and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I am forever grateful.

Today September 5, 2022 I went to see Mr. James a sales man. He told me that he could negotiate a price with me on a car I was looking at over the phone. When I went to talk to him in person, it was a waste of time and gas as the “negotiable price” was $500 off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to be taken seriously.
