No dogs allowed? The cost of rent outrageous when you place such restrictions. A cat does more damage than a small dog waiting for his beloved owner. Hallways are dismal. For a little over 1000 Sq feet one pays over 1800+ dollars/month. It reminded me of a nursing home.

Great place to rent a condo! The building is extremely quiet & the location is close to everything. The condos have huge windows that let in lots of light and the balconies are totally private on the sides. The grounds are landscaped with a backdrop of the woods and creek. I usually see lots of birds, deer & smaller animals along the property line. I've even seen a Great Blue Heron hunting fish in the middle of the creek.

Grounds are like the garden of eden. Avondale Road id my favorite. Great place for seniors.

Yes there is an active condo association. Volunteers from both 700 and 800 bldg. I've always seen units for sale on line. They don't have a bulletin board where units for sale/rent are posted. I do not know if any are available at this time. Not saying there isn't, I just do not know. Look up 700 Avondale Rd and 800 Avondale Rd, Wallingford to see what comes up. GL
