We were given a car that absolutely reeked of cigarettes despite Budget's claim to be "100% smoke-free". When we got the car we had somewhere to be so we didn't have time to go switch it out, so we drove with the windows down to try to escape the stench. When we returned the car and told the salesperson, he was rude, unapologetic and told us that we should've told him when we got the car. Why are you even renting a car that smells like cigarettes? It's so disgusting and unprofessional. He didn't offer any kind of discount or even an apology. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of the car we were given.

Wonderful experience, the person working on 9/11 around noon (don’t remember their name 🤦) was super accommodating and willing to help even though we had made an error in our reservation!

Communicate with them, although they will charge you the lost key, something expensive, but you will get a copy
You go directly to the Budget window at the Hotel Plaza and they extend the delivery time or you can change the vehicle. They are very attentive in that office. Please tell us how your experience was.
