Terrible service. Sent multiple emails and waiting on hold for nearly an hour. System logged me out and can't log back in. Received an email my account expired and I have to pay to start over. Save yourself time and money, find a different outfit to use.

Even though I spent a lot of time on hold, ASC did call me and correct the issue and my son can now get his learners permit. So I will adjust my star review. They still have a lot of work to improve the customer service experience. But I'm grateful for the technical assistance. Yesterday I wish I could give ZERO stars. Been on hold for two hours. Paid for a course but cannot get the course started. It states to contact Customer Service. I tried E-mail, Chat, and Call. Is your company still in business? Is it a company of one? I will file a complaint with the DMV.

I wish I could give you a zero. I enrolled myselft into one of the courses the system crashed and it counted my opportunities of taking the quiz. Now they are trying to make me pay again for a full course with the same material. Great way to rip people off. What this company is doing should be illegal and should be reported. Do no spent your money in this company.

Hey Robert, looks like you are in Texas. Visit www.foodhandlercardonline.com and just register for the Texas Food Handler Course. Passing that 2 hour course online satisfies the requirement for renewing.
Hi Diane, Yes! After 3 years you take the course again to keep your insurance discount.
Agreed
Good luck they weren't easy to contact. Be persistent
Hi Antoinette! Our Online Texas food handler program offers a downloadable certificate and card (which is valid for two years after completion). To print a copy, log back into your account and click Download My Certificate. If you have any issues, please visit AmericanSafetyCouncil.com and click Live Chat at the top of the page to speak to an agent.
The OSHA 10-hour training is a minimum of 10 hours. You can train a maximum of 7.5 hours a day, so the 10-hour training will take at least two full days of training. However, all content must be complete in full, and some students will take longer than 10 hours to finish. Students have 180 days after registration to finish all content, and you can log in and out as much as you need during that time.
