No respect for your time. Appointments are always running late. Be prepared to wait at least one hour past your scheduled appointment time. Doctors aren’t personable at all either. Don’t recommend

No one answered the phone. They also play phone tag constantly. I didn't feel like the doctor truly listened to me and he just recommended all of the most expensive things possible. I had to make phone calls to make follow-up appointments. Be prepared to wait hours and to call back several time. I even got hung up on once or twice. Then I had to cancel my appointments because they're months away. I called the number it tells me to call for cancellation and they'll say they can't help you. So they give you a number that can and then I experience the same thing. I'm trying not to get charged the $50 fee of not canceling within 24 hours before your appointment. Nobody apparently knows what their job is or anything that's happening. I don't think any of them communicate with each other. I have gone to a lot of doctors and this one felt very unprofessional. I was not satisfied with my experience. I'm sorry if you're like me where this is the only place that accepts your insurance. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

This place is a joke!!! Run as fast as you can from them. My wife was seen over two hours after her scheduled appointment time. My wife had an appointment with Rosa-Cruz, when she specially requested Rosa-Cruz. Never saw a doctor at all before her procedure. Then found out some guy who apparently hates women, Sedat Ekici performed her procedure. He did not tell her anything after the procedure was completed. Gave her paper work that was folded up and said everything is fine, come see me again for a follow up. See won't be seeing anyone at this meat factory again. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! You are nothing but a cash register to them. They could care less about you or your health. Oh, and you better not speak English either, seems everyone wants to speak to you in Spanish.

The administrative area is useless, my mom Roraima Sanchez had a procedure in which she was charged more than $140, and she has been waiting for the refund since March, she has called many times and they never give her a solution, a complete irresponsibility that they play with the need of people

They take “so long” because they strive to take care of patients. I wouldn’t trust a facility that was fast... that means they don’t take time in your procedure, which means missed things that could be deadly. They took their time with me and I definitely appreciated that, even with the wait time.
