Went in to buy my Clinique makeup. Very helpful sales associate and the store had several people shopping. Very clean and nice store.

Things have changed a lot in the past 2 years with the customer service department and quality of clothes. You have to go "find" someone to cash out your purchases. The quality and top style Dillards has been known for over the last 20 plus years is slipping now.

9am and they close at 7pm, just about everything on clearance is an additional 50% off the ticketed price except for women's coats I believe, they've posted signs that all clearance merchandise sold that day is non returnable.
