Gave it 2 stars because they still won't allow Debit cards to be used as a form of payment. The receptionist though was beyond nice and was trying to find other ways to help.

This place is great. They go above and beyond for their customers consistently. They upgraded me when the class I chose wasn’t available as well as searched for manager's specials to lower the price. Charlene and Chris are amazing!!! I will use Avis every time I need a rental vehicle.
