I don't know how they hire their employees. But I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee by the name of Danny Depina he is very rude & disrespectful. He scream at me and my husband just because we wanted to return an item the give us on error. I don't even know if this people get trained how to provide proper customer service, if you are annoyed with you job, QUIT!!!! A lot of people are willing to work!!!!! That kind of attitude and that type of employee is a liability to a business. I will never go back there again. And I am willing to tell people not to go there. There’s more AT&T locations with the same items with better customer service!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Stopped by my local store w a smart watch after purchasing.... ive pumped tons of money into att... and asked for quick tech support... since it matches my phone I bought from them. Absolutely no help.. I googled it and reset phone and attached bluetooth without having to pay the 50$ they requested. Yes it was easy, but after I tested the customer loyalty, I've realized they don't give a F@%$
