Yes. We have a complete set of circuit machines that are used while seated. Additionally, our club owner is also our coach/trainer. He is happy to help with finding exercises specific to any member's needs.

Hello Patrick, thanks for asking. In general, we do not cut off access for late fees or payments unless we get to the point of writing off your account to our collections agency. While we do have expenses like any business, our first priorities are taking care of you as a member and helping you improve fitness and trying to provide a positive experience. If you have had any problems with getting payments in, please just speak with Tiffany and we'll work with you. Hope that helps. Deron

Hi Law Soul, thanks for asking! Zahir is correct in that we do have personal trainers on staff and we also offer a few beginner classes. However, you are more than free to work out at your own pace. One of the key reasons our members join is for the convenience of both 24 hour availability and over 3000 locations in the US. We have several gyms within just a few miles of the one on East Bay. Tiffany is the manager and Kerwin is the primary trainer here. Feel free to drop in for a work out and talk to them. If you do join, you will also get a complimentary one on one training session just to see if that is a direction you would like to go in. Hello Esther, thanks for asking. Jerry is correct in stating that no, generally Anytime Fitness gyms do not have saunas. What we offer is the feel of a clean, remodeled private gym where the manager will know your name, clean equipment, a great trainer, and 24/7 access to over 3000 locations. If that suits your needs, we'd love to have you bring your work out clothes and have a free trial work out and see if our fitness community is right for you. Our base membership starts at 29.99, with 24 hour access to over 3000 locations in the US, plus over a thousand overseas as well.
