Total rip-off your better off selling online they should be ashamed offering people $2.50 for a brand new with tags Ralph Lauren shirt that was $55 from macys knowing thier gonna turn around and sell it for 30 or more I’m upset I had to give them one star they don’t even deserve that. Their robbing people without a gun I thought the pawn shop was bad but Plato’s closet has won first place by far I know the owner is rolling in dough by penny pinching and paying people peanuts for thier high end clothing and selling them for 15xs as much I will never come back . For future people that are first timers please don’t come in expecting high hopes for your belongings expect the bare minimum and I do mean BARE !!!!!

First time there it was superriffic. The positive vide was contagious. Justin and Aubrey were a complete delight. POSITIVE VIBES. 😃😊💗I will highly recommend this place for many reasons. 1 they do make purchases. But most importantly they donate to homeless shelters which warms my heart.

Plato’s is a great place to shop, however, I disagree with their algorithm for buying clothes. It seems like instead of measuring growing trends, the individual worker picks and chooses based on their own liking. They have rejected some clothes of mine before, only for me to go down the road to another Plato’s and they end up buying the clothes that the previous Plato’s rejected.. There has also been times they’ve rejected my clothes because they appear “worn out” only for me to browse their selection and find clothes just as “worn out”

The owner/manager, I think his name is Shawn, is amazing. My daughter was looking around for a specific top while we waited for them to sort her clothes she’d dropped off, and he helped her out and even let her spray one last spray of her body spray that they had purchased from her, before saying goodbye to it. Super nice and will always go to this location because of it.

No, I don't think so. Marshall's in the mall does though.
Plato's Closet has moved to the north side of Ulmerton Road, directly across the street from Wells-Fargo. The new address is 10459 Ulmerton Rd. Thanks for the inquiry. We look forward to seeing you.
You do not need an appointment. We are open Mon-Sat 10am - 9pm and Sun 12pm - 5pm. We pay cash for clothes, no consignment necessary.
Absolutely. We buy clothes all day, every day. Please make sure the items are freshly laundered, folded and in a laundry basket or plastic bin. Thanks!
It depends what they already have in inventory. You have to bring them to the store for them to decide.
