I am so happy with the way things ended up going at the bank today. The bank teller Vanessa was amazingly helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. To be honest I have never had a good experience with Chase before until now. Vanessa really did changed the way I think about chase. Thank you !!

If one expects to have returning customers,at least provide optimal service. "Shopping cart" music soothes the savage beast...but only for awhile. It takes too long for new debit cards to come in the mail as well as "signing in" for more detailed services. This is South Los Angeles and is still perceived as "ghetto." Which is unfair as many of the residents are responsible citizens and not the latter. If service does not improve, next stop will be a credit union.

I rarely come to this bank but when I do theirs always a big wait just to see a teller...and they only have a teller working now...their trying to go automated but its not working at all. Mostly no one uses the machines and its just a waste of space. Memo to the mgr or corporate get some real ppl working here and get rid of the machines
