So as Bank of America going through a Law Suite and they are having a court settlement this month I am disappointed so disappointed by the results by the final outcome on this settlement agreement the pay out was .91 cents really!!! Wow they ruin customers credit and lives for a merely lousy .91 cents as an oppology. I will never do business with Bank of America they don't care about their customers all they care about is taking your money. Please people if you have an account with Bank of America close your accounts before they take your money or ruin your credit they follow old traditions that just don't work in todays banking practices. Their banking practices are so out dated causing more harm than good to the consumers and they don't plan on making any changes even after this settlement goes through. What a disgrace of a bank. I will never recommend, in fact I incurege you to close your accounts and do not do business with them. They victimize customers then turn around and literally tell you that you don't know how to manage your money and get away with it because they are a large corporation and there is nothing you can do about it. Laywers have tried and others just won't sue cause they are too afraid of going after a large corporation like Bank of America. But yet they are constantly geting sued and it's kept in a hush hush. This month the judge approved the settlement payout and all they gave customers was .91 cents. Really! That should tell you they just don't care about you it's your money they are after. That's just my opinion let it serve you as a warning to be careful who you are trusting your money with and Bank of America I do not recommend it. That's all.

The manager ALMA DUARTE is absolutely rude, will by pass your questions to quiet you up, she ignores alot and then she's asking again what have I said, and doesn't try to find solutions to assist her customers and she also looks people with hate, Worst customer service ever!! And Not only that she likes to discriminate people older people and younger, handicap people customers that can't stay on the line for a long time she wouldn't care and not let them in for them to have a sit, she would talk about people by their color and she would say the word BLACK instead of using the correct word as African American Alma Duarte has a horrible soul to her self and towards others, She has no Good Manners towards customers, employees 1st, 2nd, 3rd party and random people. Last time I went she was screaming to the Lot Attendant so badly when the Lot Attendant didn't do anything wrong, other thing when I was inside the manager was checking on to much at the Lot Attendant like if she wouldn't like the person, the manager was more worry about the Lot Attendant instead of doing her job helping the bank customers. Alma Duarte has to be out of the company.
