Your phone no does not work. Poor management of your office. No other way to contact your office. Poor service

The banking schedule sucks. They closed earlier than other banks, 3 pm. Parking in this area is a challenge. But one positive note is they have a very helpful and accommodating staff especially Erika. I give her 5 stars for customer service.

Very disorganized, the supervisor/manager always uses a loud, demeaning voice. For a PNB (Philippine National Bank) branch in downtown LA, yet the place is too small to serve avid Filipino customers. How do you expect customer service to be great when it's obvious they don't take care of their own employees and brand here in America

I am due to received my U.S Social Scty pension benefits now i am planning to enjoy my retirement back home, can i open an accnt to have a direct deposit in the near future and what are the requirements. Thank you
I opened an account last july 2 2021, the lady employee told me 4 to 6 weeks of process i will receive my account no. by mail, but still i don't have my account' i went there twice and they were always telling me its lockdown, do you mean that there were no employees working in pnb philippines. Maybe its about time that Central Bank should investigate the PNB Philipines.
IF I OPEN CHECKING ACCOUNT IN LA CAN I TAKE OUT MY MONEY IN THE PHILIPPINES
I called them with the telephone number on the website, I cannot even get through
I'd like to open an account for my SSS Pension from the Phils...please tell me the if I can do it thru Internet
I don't know Best to call or check their website
I just went to this location for the same reason which is to reactivate a dormant account You have to file the form authority to reactivate dormant account, remittance application form, customer update form. Fees: $10 Remittance Fee, $100 Processing/Facilitation Fee + Amount you want to deposit to your account. If you cannot visit PNB LA personally, you can have your documents authenticated by the PNB RCI nearest you and then have it mailed to PNB LA.
Try going online, or call the bank and ask your questions with an employee. If you cannot do all , either in the phone or online, suggest just go in person at their Wilshire office
Of course.
I'm pretty sure you can open an account and do what you are planning on doing. Talk to the bank employee when you visit.
I am not certain but I would assume that dual citizenship would be necessary
You need to open at the main bank at PNB WILLSHIRE., and yes you can withdraw in the P.I.
Google is your friend!
