I came to this location today 09/25/2021 to request a temporary card for my account. I was assured the debit card should work; I stopped to get gas and the card continues to decline. Thanks Brenda, I appreciate your mistake inconveniencing me!

Their ATMs are in a strange place, would advise to keep an eye out if you come for late night withdrawal or deposit. Inside it's quite small, and they do not have many tellers so if it fills up and you're in line be prepared for a wait. Had a personal bad experience with the female elderly teller but the rest have always been quick to help. It's a bank at the end of the day, you're here on an errand not for fun, just hope you get there when it's not crowded or the ATMs are functional.

Their ATM on Vermont & Beverly frequently either, can't dispense cash or won't accept deposits. Their customer service usually connects you abroad & it's hard to get the rep to understand what you're trying to explain to them. The first time I ever deposited a paycheck they held it for A WEEK! For example right now I'm trying to connect to a branch & it's literally impossible! Go elsewhere!
