Read everything about them and check BBB before signing anything. You CAN NOT cancel over the phone or on a website! I canceled 2 days after my payment was taken out and with their 30 day notice policy I now have to pay one month for 2 days. Read before you sign they have quite a few hits on the BBB Read the post there also before you sign.

We do not currently have any saunas at this location, but that may change in the future. Our Pinellas Park and upcoming Tyrone Mall location do have saunas.
We will allow you to get a free day pass to try out the gym if you're interested in getting signed up for a membership. If not, or if you're just visiting for a short period we do have a day pass which would be $10.69 or a week pass for $25. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call.

Walk in get past the threatening signs " do this or you pay 50.00...etc ( no welcome signs, just a few paper with scotch tape signs) " Great gym however!! Clean , big, not too busy
We have 1 punching bag at the Largo location, and we have one punching bag at our Pinellas Park location.
