Shame the new staff completely lacks all common sense of customer service, literally felt like my bud tender was a moody 14 year old teenager. Literally rolling eyes at questions. Some employees didn’t even know the daily deals. Seems like a lack of effort from employees. Not recommending anymore. Train your employees to actually work, That’s how you get tips, fake a smile 😃 Time was around 5:30 pm Date 05/17

My issue is with the security guards (ARMED) that they hire. They are dangerous and a huge liability to customers. They actually make the place unsafe by threatening physical violence AFTER they provoke it. Ego driven and immature ARMED guards at this location. Be very aware! FOLLOW UP: When I contacted the company (HHC) and simply asked if they are using a different security company, I was lied to by the first person who answered the phone. 2nd person to get on the line asked who I was to be so entitled to ask such a question. I said that I was a customer. His tone changed briefly, but when I asked the real question again I was told "Go somewhere else. Don't be such a diva". Super-unprofessional. Won't be returning.
