Excellent for its services and purpose.

This place is the slowest court house I've ever been to. Literally have to wait hours just to get help with a question on paperwork.
M & M
originally two felonies with 75,000 bail then reduced to one felony but they want to up the bail to 150,000. very broken and backwards system.

Scheduled at 7:30am and I showed up at 7am because you're supposed to be early, she got mad because I tried opening the doors early and so I went back to my car sat for 5 minutes then came back, doors were open, I said I'm here to visit and she said I was too late and made me leave. Just flat out petty for no reason.

If she initiated the need for mediation then that would make sense to me. The mediator will go over the report with the husband at a future appointment.
You need to contact Vital records for birth certificates- https://statevitalrecords.org/California And US Social Security Administration for social security number or card -https://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber/ both have online options to apply. Noticed- you will need to copy and paste the links above into search box on internet.
http://webportal.placerco.org/ecourtpublic/?q=node/13 Select "order transcript" when you find the case
Call Placer Sheriff. The there are 2 jails, Auburn and here, make sure you go to the right one.
What?? 🤔
It's a courtroom on the first floor.
I do not thick so.
You can either go online to the court docket....be patient, it is an ugly website and not easily navigable.
Yes absolutely my my apologies I can see where some may read quickly and think I said not appear being an option. NEVER just not appear bench warrant will be issued then you have the stress and worry then get back on calendar.SMH
Yes, filing windows are open.
Em, go to the Auburn Court Clerk and request records
Courtroom is open to the Public. Anybody can go in there and watch the court proceedings. Not sure if masks have to be worn, I have a mask on every time I go in there.
Take them into the court house and give them to one of the clerks. They can look up the case # and submit what's needed.
No they stay open during their entire open hours
Yes
8am i believe
You should be able to find the help you need at the self help section in the court house.
I know there is a department 32 in Roseville. Not sure about the numbers at auburn
Your best bet is to send it to the judge. Depending on the type of case there are several options. If it is for sentences you can mail it to the judge. If it is as a witness you have to ask the friends lawyer or try to go ask the judge in person. I'm not a lawyer but for sentences I've mailed thing to the judge.
No go to Placer county clerk Recorder office in Auburn DeWitt center
You can also have someone you know do the serving, the just need to sign the paperwork.
I would speak to an attorney, there are free legal services available Legal Help Center (Facilitator's Office) Howard G. Gibson Courthouse. 10820 Justice Center Drive. Roseville, CA 95678.
When you arrive you will have to go through security check point and you can ask the officers where you file small claims. You can also go online http://www.placer.courts.ca.gov/ Forms and information here.
It depends. Where did the incident take place that you are suing for? Where do they live? You might have to go to the Yolo courthouse
Go to the Kiosk (to the right when you walk into the court building). Select family law. When your number is called go the counter and ask for copies of the court file.
It's the worst court system I have ever seen. But you download a motion sheet and go file on the case u want it on. But they like to waste alot of ri.e in this county

Yes, there is a maximum and minimum security jail. You should go the the maximum security jail which is next to the jail to check in for visitation.
No, you must submit a Request for Order. Consult an attorney or visit courts.ca.gov for self-help info.
Only a lawyer can answer your question. If you can not afford one, go on your court date or else you risk recieving a warrant for your arrest.
Depends on what it's for. You'll need to start with some kind of judgement.
The Placer County Court is the place to file small claims.
Yes
Call Lilliput...they are amazing they help with all forms and possibly getting fees waived
Yes, the legal self help center is open 8-12 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. That start open longer (8-3) on Wednesdays. You do need an appointment, and you've got to get there early to get one.
No such thing. You have to go to the clerk and pull a ticket for your matter type. The are usually helpful at the counter.
Call a bail bonds place. Any place.
Depends on which kind you need. There are all kinds of different forms for each kind of case. I suggest making an appointment with the legal self-help and they can point you to the forms for your case. You'll need to arrive first thing in the morning for a same-day appt. You can make appointments online too, but the self-help appointments online are usually booked for a week or two out.
They will gladly take your money between those hours
The Window Clerk can not give you legal advice. I recommend instead that you book an appointment (or they also take walk ins) with Placer County self-help center. In order to do this you will need to go through security, enter the main Courthouse, go to the ticket kiosk and press the button to request an appointment with the legal self-help center.
You have to report to the Placer Department of Revenue and Recovery at 10810 Justice Center Dr #100
