my girlfriend just got diagnosed with covid and i have a court date in 2 days. do i come to court even if i have been exposed and told i should quarenteen. i dont want to make anyone sick but i dont want a warrent what should i do?

Yes absolutely my my apologies I can see where some may read quickly and think I said not appear being an option. NEVER just not appear bench warrant will be issued then you have the stress and worry then get back on calendar.SMH

I would contact the court directly and ask them. I know there are quite a few cases where they are allowing remote appearances, you should contact them ahead of time to see what your options are. I'm no lawyer but I would never recommend you not showing up. That would result in a FTA for sure. Go luck and I hope your gf feels better soon
