The way the beef market works these days is that we cut from what are called primals - meaning we buy cases of whole New York strips, cases of whole Rib Eye strips, etc. we have a number of suppliers for whole cases and Costco is just another supplier - cases of meat are a commodity item so we are always comparing prices between suppliers. Yes, we do sell raw dog food - 2 different kinds. Our beef pet food is beef kidneys, spleen, heart, and beef fat - all ground like a hamburger grind, then we freeze it in big tubs and then cut it into cubes. We also make a chicken pet food with nothing but chicken necks, all prepared the same way. We sell it for $3.19/lb. in approximately 5 pound bags. If you don't want a whole 5# bag just to try it out, just ask and we'll get you a couple of cubes. Hope this helps, Joyce
