As I was waiting to check out today, I was talking to my husband. A woman who also wanted to check out was standing to the side of us. She asked if we were in line, to which I was trying to respond she could go ahead of us. Before I could let her know that, the elderly Karen at the register said “come on, come on” then followed that with “ you snooze you lose”. It was all I could do to set down the item in my hand and walk away. Literally SO unprofessional and disrespectful. Teach your employees proper customer service. I will be calling to get the GM’s phone number.

This place is trash! Bought a pair of red converse 6 weeks ago that’s I only wore once! Today I went in the store to look @ other shoes , upon leaving & exiting the store a employee ask if the red converse I was wearing that I bought 6 weeks ago was paid for!!!!!!!!!! He said his manager wanted to know if I paid for them!!!!!! I normally don’t write reviews but I will never will spend money @ this place again! I will make sure everyone I know don’t come here!!!!

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
