Gives everyone diversion or probation so they don't have to do their job even though they want to hand out charges.

I'm sure 5 stars are hard to come by in Municiple Courts. I don't mind paying a traffic ticket nearly as much when someone as pleasant as Sarah is behind the glass. If you're decent, you'll be treated decently.

Everyone working there automatically thinks you are less-than (without knowing why you might be there) and act as if they are better than you. All very rude, from the bailiffs to the judges to the probation officers. Even the clerks at the window are never friendly. Not asking for a lot just to be treated with respect and dignity, no need for the constant attitude.

Will make you test UAs (urine analysis, drug testing, etc) for a year for crimes involving NO illegal substances or use of substances WHATSOEVER...and make you PAY YOUR OWN MONEY FOR THESE TESTS. Overland Park justice system sure does go "Above and Beyond. By Design."...Designed by the sole interest in meeting a quota so the incarceration/money-making machine can run. Still living in primitive means of motivation! These overcompensating, overestimating, boundary-bending, thieving snakes of people within this court system are NOT there to clean the community by any means, but to turn their head on these damaged criminals unless they have the dollar to get them out.

Not without doing a set aside of a guilty plea first.
