There should be no way in HELL I wait 20 mins in customer service pressing this button and asking multiple employees to find the customer service rep. Very unprofessional and a waste of time what if I had an emergency god forbid and needed this money ASAP. SMH. Do better

It's just mainly food and pharmacy stuff like all the other neighborhood markets Wal-Mart has. Not particularly a great one either due to overcrowding, carts always left in racks outside, isles constantly blocked by stock employees and pallets of products, not to mention..always running out of shelf items for days at a time! Poor management is the most likely reason along with heavy shopper traffic.

Operations manager rude to customers and refuses to explain things in a calm manor and wonders why customers get upset with her. She needs to learn how to be a better manager or fired!

I received one of the best experiences. I asked an older gentleman "employee" who was very busy on a ladder stocking groceries where the nuts were- he so kindly got down off the ladder and walked me to the isle and exact spot where they were. I was very impressed. Other employees were nice as well and acknowledged I was there and spoke to me. It looked like the employees enjoyed their job. A smile goes a long way to make customers feel welcome. I only wish I had gotten his name so I could let.the manager know how friendly and knowledgeable he was as well as going out of his way to help. Thank you.
