So, it will cost you arm and a leg to live in this complex. First of all apartments are expensive though they are not as good as advertised. Second, when you pay deposit ( which is as much as your rent), forget about that money. You will never get it back, even if you leave the house in perfect condition. I broke my lease and paid fine which was 2x of my rent (~$4000) plus left earlier and paid full month ~$2000 and returned the keys. And addition to all this amount I got ~$400 refund out of $2500 of my deposit. So think twice before making an appointment to see this complex!!! Still have lots of things to say about bad quality kitchen cabinets, cheap appliances and more.

I have beed in state for 9 years this one year staying in Allegria was full of stress, old Apartment leasing management behavior is zero never help you in anything, my second floor neighbor had private child care in their home all day running and jumping noise even my kids always complaining to me when get home that we can study or sleep well its all day noise they start from 6am people bring kids more thank 100 time I complain to the office they never help me with any action it looks they were getting some extra money from them, then the second floor people start teasing my family to move from there keeping leaking garbage on top off my head stole my car parts ( catalytic converter ) he have a group of teenagers that night was setting close to my car in the morning when I start my car catalytic converter was missing, put camera after that but second floor person start more noise more teasing leasing office never help me because they getting something from upstair neighbors and all night husband with that teenagers smoking Marwana setting in front of his door even I call police they told me ask your leasing office to move, I had one more lease left so I moved to my dad home for one month when I come to take my cloths one day they spill food drinks on my doors on I have all the pictures and videos as proof with me, so finally moved to another apartment and I got $1067 extra charges from this old apartment even I had $600 deposit, Please I never recommend this place to anyone specially for those that they are new in this area never rent Apartment 191 you will be in full stress. MINES ZERO STAR Allegria. 😡😡😡

One of the worst leasing office bad neighborhood leasing office wont take any action against your concerns your deposit they will eat it and u wont get anything back but charges.
