Poorly lit apt complex, very difficult to locate bldg #'s, carports & trees block view, management needs to place lighting on the bldg #'s at night so people can see. For the amount of money you collect each month, it's not too much to ask for lighting around the bldg #'s.

Hi Sandy! Thank you for these great questions for Canterbury Downs! We appreciate your interest and would love to assist you any way we can. The hot water heaters in our homes are located in an exterior storage closet conveniently located off the patio. While we do not provide a shower curtain or shower curtain rings, we do provide the shower curtain rod. We believe that this provides our residents the flexibility to choose a design that is suited to their personal tastes.
