ROACH AND FLEA INFESTED. We just visited these apartments with hopes of renting an apartment. We looked at a ground floor unit that was “prepped and ready to go.” Walking in the front door there were roaches in the entryway. We immediately left. Upon leaving we looked down at our legs and saw 10-15 fleas on each of us. The gentleman that helped us was very nice, professional and did a great job helping us, however, I would NEVER rent from this facility. We even had to buy flea spray after leaving.

I lived here when I was a kid around the year 2000. Lived here for about 3 years or so. I moved back when I was an adult for a little over a year in 2013. Good times in both cases. I grew up on that side of Roseville and I loved it. That particular neighborhood is a bit rundown in parts, but the greater area is very nice. Lots of schools, parks, creeks, and a few trails. I'll say, it sure did get expensive. The prices have doubled by now. From $800, to $1,400, and now well over $2k. 😬 I'd say the best units are in the middle area. The middle front units are the very best with nice lawns. The sides closer to the quadplexes are meh. The folks in the quadplexes cut holes in the fence for easy access into the apartment complex. Management patches it up but a new hole would pop up shortly after. It did make it easier to park outside the complex and just come in through the fence. I'm sure that's another reason people did it. If management hasn't by now, they really need to install a West side gate. Parking has always been a challenge over the last 20 years. It's probably worse now that it takes more incomes to cover one apartment, so you need more people with cars to get by. It's not easy to get around the suburbs without a car. My experience with management was fine. And the units I lived in were nice. Small, but nice. Upstairs units get a nice vaulted ceiling. The quick walks to 7-Eleven were great. Overall, this was a nice place to live. I can't imagine paying over double for what is offered though.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I don’t know what else to do. I called probably 2 months ago to check their availability and I was told they had something come available. I asked if I could tour the following day and the lady I spoke with told me the unit would go quick so if I didn’t apply soon it might not be available by the time I wanted to tour. I decided to apply immediately. I got a call less than an hour after I submitted my application saying that the people who had the unit on hold finally got the complex all the needed information to proceed with the process. (Wish I was told this from the beginning because I wouldn’t have applied had I known it was on hold for someone else.) I asked them if I would get refunded for both mine and my roommates application fee since it was not processed and there was no background check run. Whoever I spoke to let me know that they would not charge us because nothing was done with our application. Well fast forward to a few days later and they charged both of our cards. I called to let them know what happened and it was like pulling teeth to get any help so I went through my bank to dispute the charge. The dispute got approved and I thought that was the end of it. Well they decided to send a refund check to me for $25. The application fee for me and my roommate was $50 each, so a total of $100. How did they think $25 would be substantial? Because they sent a refund check they took out another $50 from my account, which would have made sense to reverse the bank dispute had I received the correct amount on the refund check. I’ve called multiple times last week and have been given the run around. I was told someone who was capable of handling this would reach out but still haven’t heard a thing. All I can say is I’m glad I didn’t end up renting here because this is obviously a taste of how they run their business.
