Price of labor seemed a bit much but maybe they were stock high end parts. Either way I did the brakes myself but I do appreciate the inspection.

The absolute worst place, avoid at all costs. They have zero respect for anyone's time. Done by 5:30 actually means 7:45 even though they've had your vehicle since 1pm. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We will never be returning and giving this place our money ever again.

So im new to the area and I normally go to a vavolin to get my oil changes it normally takes them 15 to 20 min to do a simple oil change sadly they don’t have one in my area so I went to Firestone oh god it almost took 3 hours just to do a simple oil change. They let me know 2 tires of mine need to be replaced but they wanted to charge me 850 for two tires like really i know other places I could get two new ones for 300. The guy doing costumer service was nice but probably not coming back again unless it was an emergency.

Now here Firestone has a great team. I have 10 great years of service experience using Firestone. (Multiple California Locations) I actually think Firestone trains service managers and technicians how to treat customers right. Roseville Firestone delivered and got my job done right. We have four cars in our family and my cars will all get serviced at Roseville Firestone. So bring your car in for service and experience Roseville Firestone soon.

Call them

How much is the total cost for a tire repair? I got one tire that always got a low pressure. Do i need to set-up an appointment on that? How long it will take? Thank you

Not sure how much a tire repair would be but it's better to make an appointment than just going in. I would make a phone call First.
