We have been to the one in SF many times. 1. The local one in Roseville, we have been to several times over the past couple years. We will not be going back again. The restaurant can be not busy and tables are dirty with no where to sit because they have not been cleaned, floors dirty, etc. This last time I got an attitude when I asked nicely (not being a Karen) if the children’s meal was supposed to have a cookie and water because it was not given to us. The young woman preceded to excuse her not giving them to us, by saying the lady at the register was supposed to give it to us, so how was she to know? Not great team work to blame someone else when I was not even blaming her. I told her, again politely, that we ordered from the kiosk since there was already a couple people in line, and it wasn’t the register lady’s fault. The young woman, gave me a dirty look when I came back in to clean up my 2 year old in the restroom before leaving. The order this time was not only not correct there was baking paper stuck to the bottom of the roll for my toddler (see pick).
