I read some bad reviews but they were a number of years ago. I was skeptical about moving in because we were coming from out of state and I could not really check the place out in person (neighborhood apartment etc) I have lived here for a month or so and decided to write a review. I haven't personally experienced any of those things talked about in the negative reviews from years ago and I think it is under new management. Pros: - Grounds stay maintained and clean - Maintenance fixes issues immediately - Neighborhood is nice and safe (low crime) - Close to a grocery store (across street) - Apartments are updated (fake granite counters new appliances etc) - Laundry in unit - Apartments are well insulated and you do not have to keep AC or Heat on high. - Close to dog parks Cons: - Rent does fluctuate but overall they're expensive. - Some of the neighbors do not pick up after their dogs and there is no repercussions. - Small bedrooms ( have to have a queen bed if you want anything else in the room) - There are a few closets but not a lot of storage space. Overall: It is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

Simple word people. I DONT RECOMMENDED ANYBODY TO LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!! The people and the management are horrible. We're long residence that use to live there and things change there. Use to be familys and education people but now there's druggies and car break in and stalkers that live their. If you have children it worse because they don't care for health being plus their predators. I DONT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYBODY TO LIVE IN THAT PLACE!!!! I called cops a couple times 😠 and security. We lived there more than 10 years. Compare to people who live there 1-2 years. You Don't know how these apartments are truly.

These apartments are horrible!!! I don't recommend no one to live here!!! Simply horrible place to live!! I felt so uncomfortable living the!!! The only sweet person there was Ivan the maintenance!! Those apartments are trash!!!

We have lived here for almost 3 years! We moved here because we started a family and wanted a safe place to bring our newborn home. This has been the best decision ever made. This place is quite and in walking distance to so many places. Krystal is such a nice person and always helps my husband and I if we ever need anything. She is always quick to email or call. Ivan is an amazing maintenance man and has helped us out so many times and is so happy and positive to be around! We have never had an issue with neighbors or noises in the complex. Everyone is so nice to our daughter and says hello. The swimming pool is great during summer and the gym is nice and available. Also during the lockdown 2020 Krystal and Ivan did so much to keep us all safe and up to date on all the protocols, we felt safe and taken care of in a really weird time. . . It’s just a wonderful place to call home. Thank you Cobblestone creek for all you do for us!
