BEWARE OF THIS PHARMACY If I could give zero starts I most definitely would . I was told to wait an hour for 1 prescription and ended up waiting 4 whole hours !! When I asked to speak with the manager about the issues she literally rolled her eyes and chuckled at my complaint telling me to again wait 30 more minutes !!’& offered me a flat out lie of an excuse stating that they were short staffed but never once apologized for the error at all !! . They had @ least 8 people behind the counter so not only did she lie about that she lied about the store number( shouldn’t the manager know her store number )writing a completely wrong number on the scribbled paper she reluctantly handed me ??? she refused to give her name when I asked her for the corporate number as well . Clearly she trained all the rude and incompetent employees there because none of them seemed to know anything about the job they were supposed to be doing or about customer service or common courtesy even! I will never in my life come back to this pharmacy and hopefully I spare one person at least from dealing with such disrespectful people. So unprofessional .

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years. Just over the years it has gotten worse and worse by each visit! I’ve been on hold for 20 mins on the phone. You have to seriously wait forever to get some sort of help there. I wish I can give them no stars. It’s disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here since it was just down the street from me. But unfortunately I need to fine a new pharmacy. Here’s another example I went to go pick up my medicine and I was the only there with no huge line ( very rare) the two workers in the back were taking about their personal life’s. I tried everything thing to get their attention and they knowledge me but they continued to talk. They seriously had to go into the back with them and ask if someone could help me. It’s such a hassle coming here. It feels like it takes so much energy out of you coming here. I know that sounds pathetic but it’s true. I can’t believe how they have 4 stars. I understand they can be low staff but being courteous on the customer and knowledge them would be nice. This is just unbelievable. I’m so fed up with this pharmacy. They definitely lost a customer and I’m 100% sure they lost a lot more.

Everyone who works here is helpful and welcoming. I can always find what I need here and their sales prices are fabulous especially season clearance
