This establishment is the worst, brought the car to this place today and went to get a haircut inside and then they come find me telling me my window doesn’t work anymore and no took no responsibility. The manager “bobbiesue” if that’s even her name said it’s our fault and nothing they can do. Asked for the owners number or info and gave us the generic store number and nothing more. Avoid this place unless you want a damaged car and lots of out of pocket repair expenses.

Do not I repeat do not bring your car into this location.. I came in to get my car washed and to get a haircut and 20 minutes into my haircut they come in and tell me that my window is knocked off the track and they cannot get it to roll up they refuse to take any liability laughed at me when I asked for the owner's number and refuse to give it to me I am beyond myself how a company can take possession of your car give it back to you broken and say oh well it's not a brand new car so there's nothing we can do

Great wash! Way better the Folsom Glen Car Wash in Folsom for $5.00 cheaper. Plus, they do more than FGCW. I will be back for sure!!!
