I'm loving this place. We moved from Los Angeles earlier this year and we could not be happier. The unit is spacious and the amenities are wonderful; we love the gym in particular. The management and staff members are always willing to help and want to make you feel at home. We had a myriad of options when moving to Roseville and I am very glad we picked Coventry Park.

I have lived at Coventry Park for two and a half years and I have loved every moment of it. The location and convenience of where CP is located in town to the many stores and restaurants; and the fact that a garage is included in the rent was a big plus for me. Maintenance was great with Trevor and Johnny taking care of the work orders I put it very quickly. The office staff has been so friendly and helpful if I have any question. Thank you to the Ashleys and Lynn. I would highly recommend CP to anyone moving to the Roseville area.

Horrible experience trying to get approved. We had no income issues, good credit, and good rental history. We needed somewhere to stay after selling our home and waiting for our new one to be built. We literally had to pull teeth and nails just to get approved to move in. Shortly after moving in we found RAT DROPPINGS! There are parking issues if you come home after 7pm. NO PARKING SPOTS. We have a detached one car garage and two cars. We brought it up to their attention but they pretty much said theres nothing they can do about it. I would tell you if you were looking to live here, to go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
