This week, I caught covid and had to cancel my flight to Mexico. The representative on the phone pretended repeatedly that our call was being cut off when I mentioned that I needed to cancel the flight. This company is a fraud.

It's one of the worst airlines in the world. They stole 1,387 from me. I bought two tickets directly from them and paid full price. They changed my flight times and connections 6 times. The connections alternative were with a stop in Mexico City for 24 hours during the worst Covid infections there. I kept asking for a shorter connection and kept getting the 24 hour over stay.At the end they never refund my money and stole it . I never got any service. I wish I could give them minus 10 stars. They're that bad.And. Ustomer service is terrible to say the least.

This is the second time I have had items stolen from my baggage while traveling via Aeromexico. First, the sunglasses that I forgot to put in my carry-on was stolen, and only the case was left. Second, my perfume was stolen, and they left only the empty box on my recent trip. I tried to contact the airline, but I had no success reaching the costume services. Never happened to me using a different airline.

This is the worst service I've ever received. Don't even bother making a reservation. They cancelled and changed our flights. If you can from United States the autovoice hangs up on you. They ask you to call their Mexico phone number which take about 2 hours and then they hang up on you. I will never make the mistake to book with them. I have called about 10 times, tried their chat which also never gets to you, and even tried their facebook chat. Why do they have so many different pages if they can't even help you in one. Never again!
