I’ve been living here almost a year now . It’s a decent place to raise your family and live . Very spacious , great layout . Big rooms , nice size bathrooms . The only issue I’d say is the raising of rent every year & they could use some cameras along the buildings . Besides that the property is good , the people are nice , the park is a nice touch to the area seeing as there are a lot of kids who reside in the community . The leasing consultant ms. Danielle is awesome! She tries to do her best to help anybody with any issue they are having .Treats the tenants respectfully & listens to inquiries about anything or issues. Responds fairly quickly , always around the community whether she’s in the office or physically in the community walking , checking on things. Their maintenance guy responds to maintenance issues quickly as well . They do their best to keep up with the communities cleanliness . I like that . I’d recommend anybody coming to live here! 🙃

These apartments are income based. So they are pretty affordable. I believe they have a wait list. I don't think they allow pets. Hope this helps!
I don't really know what the difference is but your rent is based on how much you make yearly. There are brackets.

What do you mean? There is no smoking inside the building unless it's your own apartment.
It surely is not. I've lived here since 2013. It however goes by your income you gross yearly and how many people are in your immediate family. (And income if there is any from them) I pay full price for my 3 bed two full bath. But I heard they do take subsidy housing if you are on that. I'm not sure how that works although. Hope that helps.
