follow up on previous question, according to resolution 308, page 1 of 2, 3rd paragraph, "No VFWRG will represent itself as, or be a Motorcycle Club (MC)or
part of any MC Confederation / Organization at any level." So a rider can't be a HOG member?

Resolution 308, page 1 of 2, 3rd paragraph relates to the VFW Riders Group not the individual rider. VFWRG members can be a HOG Member.
Can a vfw rider member belong to another neutral group (CVMA) or MC?

I'm pretty sure that you can... I'm an Independent who runs with a small group of riders...but the V.F.W. Riders always invite me on as many runs as thay can... I'm expected at every parade...MOSES...
vfw page says it is open now (1:00 p.m.4/30/18). I just drove by and it was closed. Page needs updating.
