We are running a business, it seems there is a high turnover of mail delivery people. If they do not have mail for me, they do NOT BOTHER stopping to see if I have outgoing mail! I have had mail sitting in my office all week, and the mailperson just walks by without checking. I am running a business, I should not have to chase you down for YOU TO DO YOUR JOB!!!!

Apparently not- and don’t waste your time and energy calling if you’re tying to reach the actual Kenosha post office. It will only anger you- at least it did me! I’m now stuck pulling my hair out trying to find out how to contact my local post office. because the 800 # was useless! I just called and got so frustrated I lost my sh** and began screaming at the “operator“ (that I knew full well was a computer) but I was so angry I let that computer have it. It was a super productive call! Ugh! 🤦🏻♀️
Usually the item is left at the front

Mail has been suspended due to the extreme cold weather. If needing to mail something out, can drop off at the post office, but unless absolutely necessary, I recommend waiting to not risk harm from the extreme cold.

If you put it on hold, for pick up, u might still be able to pick it up, but more than less likely it will have been returned unclaimed. The assumption being you moved and left no forwarding order.
