Although the location is new, I have been a patient of Dr. Lenny since he opened his practice more than 25 years ago! He is knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. He has an awesome connection with my teenage grandchildren and talks openly about any topic with them. My family moved from Kenosha to Appleton and Milwaukee; the thought of searching for a new doctor did not cross our minds. When you find a Physician that your family is comfortable with you stay with them regardless. I was unsure how I felt about seeing Dr. Will when he joined the practice. I have a difficult time trusting new people but have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I met him. I have complete trust in his ability to care for my family and know he genuinely cares. I highly recommend Dr. Lenny and Dr. Will to everyone.

Poor communication, NPs are anything but professional or compassionate. Each time we have had to see Dr Ruffallo we have been extremely disappointed. Staff continues to mess up appointments and detail, huge delays in getting results

Being an international student, it's difficult finding a place that can do physicals or accept my insurance. So, it's completely understandable that Zoomy Care couldn't do this. Fortunately, I was greeted with a smiling receptionist who ensured me that there were plenty application forms for scheduling other enquires etc. It seems like a nice office with pleasant nurses and a good atmosphere, yet I didn't see many patients, although the receptionist confirmed that there were many. Although I didn't get any treatment, the receptionist was nice enough to walk me out the building and continuously wave goodbye with a beaming smile as I went onward with my journey of finding someone to do my physical. Thank you for looking at the best in people!

We do offer Pre-K wellness exams but do not offer vaccinations.
HIPPA rules prohibit a provider from sending patient data/diagnosis to email addresses and believes telephone/fax is more secure. There are certain exceptions when patient can request email and accept responsibility in writing that their info could be intercepted by other parties through unsecured line.
