Good value for the price. A little bit disappointing that there is not tvs, but the advantage is that internet is good for messaging. The checking t the kiosk is very simple and at the time they were having an offer for a credit card that for the miles maybe was a good deal.

Flew non-stop from San Diego to Maui in first class. It’s an amazing experience in first class. The seats are comfortable, you get a tablet with headphones to watch a movie and you receive brunch with unlimited alcohol. The service is perfect. Food is one of the best airplane food I’ve had. Seats were spacious. No obnoxious riders.

This airline is a joke. They have changed my itinerary for the second time but I cannot access it online & have to call Reservations. I get either a call cannot go through or a busy signal. Contacted their text message at 9:28 am, still waiting for any kind of response at 11:41 am. Live chat yielded similar results. I’m not sure how they expect me to catch a flight when they don’t tell me what the change is, allow me to access it online, and are completely inaccessible. This is the first & last time I fly Hawaiian Airlines.

What a rip off!! I have a E ticket worth 881.00 and need to rebook because of Covid. They will not let me use any of the funds for an up grade to main cabin extra. They will only let me rebook in main cabin, Even though I have MORE than enough to cover it in my voucher. The new fare is now much lower at 385.00 for the new flight but will NOT refund the remaining balance or let me use it in the future. So they are literally stealing my money. I can't even believe this is legal. Never again. I hope they go out of business.
