Some Rural Kings sell BLANK tags that u can engrave a dog name or owner info on, just like PetSmart sells. If you're talking about dog license tags, that's a no, as far as I know. If you're talking about military ID tags, commonly referred to as "dog tags," that's a no also.

Wow.....I would call the customer service number on the website if u ordered online. Your name and how u paid should be in their system, and they can help find your order. If ordered in-store, I would talk with the store manager and bring some kind of proof u ordered it, like a bank or credit card statement, especially if u want a refund, if it was ever even charged to your account to begin with.

Online they have tons of pictures of safety and tennis shoes, but I would visit the store and have a look in person. You always have to try a shoe on to make sure it fits when u buy, even if it's the size you wear. This Rural King store does have a lot of shoes on display for sale, for sure.

You'd have to call for that one cuz u want a very specific sized blade.
