Commercial travel is never great, but this is among the best I've experienced. The staff is helpful and courteous and the plane's amenities are great. The seating area even has outlets at the regular benches to charge things, not just at the designated charging area like other places, which is definitely a plus.

It was fantastic. Cabin crews were very cordial and helpful. Landing and taking off was very smooth. Serving fruit juice to passengers was added advantage of Alaska Airlines. I would like to travel in Alaska airlines again.

I feel like lounges never have quality food anymore. The only good benefit is nice quiet seating areas and free alcohol. Otherwise not the "luxury lounge" they used to be. On the subject of the seats, for being a brand new lounge seats are already filthy and covered in stains. Also No showers or toiletries or recliners

Alaska has been my favorite for the last few years. I'll take a less sensible route to use them vs another airline with a better or nonstop flight. Always excellent service. Only bummer is going up through Seattle on many flights.
