Horrible experience buying here, I purchased a rug for my bathroom that did not fit, tried to returned 3 weeks later but I lost the receipt, we wait at the counter for like 45 minutes, just for the manager to say she couldn’t even give me a store credit because I don’t have proof of purchase, took it next day to the store in Concord and they issued store credit without problem.
