Staff is polite and cares for the health of their donors when on the bed and checks up constantly to ensure they're not in any pain or discomfort. Will continue to donate at this location. Have had the privilege of donating covid convalescent plasma now 9 times....I still have antibodies after 10 months. Great staff and always so supportive and appreciative of my donation.

It depends on what medication it is. And the reasoning behind taking them. Come in and get a consult Monday-Saturday. We would be happy to help you!
No fatty foods, no aspirin for 48 hours prior and drink lots of water the day before. ( I normally donate platelets)
Due to FDA regualtions, all BloodSource and Blood Systems locations only take volunteer donors. However, i have heard that there is a place somewhere in Folsom that buys plasma. Havent confirmed or resrarched that myself, though.
Those that have tattoos in the last 6 months. Those that have donated in the past three months. Those that have traveled to certain countries..they have a list at the location or you can check online
If you go during events they have prizes on top of the 200 points. Ex. Coupon for free ice cream, t-shirts, kings tickets, ect
Don't think they pay for any donation!
It would be preferable to make an appointment but if they are not busy they do accept walk ins for whole blood donations
