Let me start by saying that Yogi in Admissions is the nicest and most professional in the Administration side. I had two major surgeries at the same time and I had the best treatment from all staff. Malissa was the best nurse, she went beyond her responsibilities to make me feel comfortable. Although part of the building is still under construction, the rooms were very nice and clean. The food was okay but better than other places. Thank you for everything.

My experience - annual mammograms for almost 30 years (Margot Perot) - and, most recently, biopsy related procedures that led up to a day surgery. The Doctors / Nurses / Support Staff were all outstanding! I was kept fully informed during each procedure - with the utmost care and compassion. I highly recommend!!

Never had a good experience with this place. We always get set up with a call so they can call us when they are ready but we still end up waiting everytime. The nurses keep saying "AKS you a question" so i feel pretty good medical education. We've been to the same location multiple times for the same issue and all they can do is keep having us come back so they can charge us again and again for 0 results. FIND A BETTER CARE NOW SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU HAVE THE ABILITY
YellowDog Delta
Decent hospital but the food is awful. Nobody can destroy a chicken salad like these people. They should have called it chicken/pickle salad. Over seasoned fajitas were a bit much and those fake meat crumbles.. come on guys you know how bad it is but you just keep doing it. I think my fried egg was from the prehistoric age… very odd in appearance and taste. A few of the menu items were decent but overall I would suggest a complete menu overhaul. You’ll never be one of those hospitals with good food if you continue serving disgusting meals. Thank God for Great Nurses & Staff.

I stayed overnight in the ICU. They said I had to stay awake the whole time. I sat in a strait back chair and did my best to stay awake and out of the way. So yes but it wasn't easy.
No, we are a non-smoking facility. Thank you! --Katie, Texas Health

For employees thus far... For the insured that aren't new Patients. NOT A VACCINATION SITE
Presbyterian Hospital is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. The city buses go that far or the scheduled buses takes you to the entrances. The schedules buses are by appointment only and the charges vary by pickup and drop off.
??? Don't know what PFT Test. Call your Doctor or the Hospital.
Main entrance on Walnut
Not sure, but you can call there front desk and ask, I'm sure they would be happy to help
Yes, just speak to your treating physician
Not sure but it might pop up when they enter your information into the system. Just something to think about
Not sure, but think in the very back
Yes
5.00 im really not sure but was around that much
Yes you can also direct them
You can the hospital and ask for doctor referral or check on the website
You're covered
Yes
Hospital and doctor fees are separate and it varies.
Yes they do
By Law, any Emergency Room is supposed to treat you, whether or not you Insurance. However, don't expect to get any meaningful treatment. Doctor's are not employed by the Hospital, they are independent contractors so even the E.R doctor may be reluctant in seeing you if they know you have no insurance. If they do, they will send you a bill because you are going to be checked in as Self-Pay if you have no insurance. The Hospital might not want to run extensive tests even if needed because you don't have insurance. You might end up being seen by either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. The only alternative is to go to PARKLAND and Apply for their own Insurance. PARKLAND have their own Insurance for Low income and Uninsured families. But bear in mind that it goes by your income. Hope this helps. Good Luck
Go to city records
But?? Do you have any reason to believe they're lying? You can always ask to speak with a higher up
I would suggest that you have her request that she or you be advised what meds she is given and what they are for. Having a durable power of attorney will allow you access to her records and communication with her health care providers.
I think you should call and find out
Call Medicare
Yes you definitely can make a payment plan
This question applies to every healthcare provider, not just Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. To answer your question, It depends. Of course if you are an adult, your parents do not have to be notified about your healthcare. However, if you are a minor, then by law, certain healthcare requires parental consent. Again this by law and not specific to Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas
Call
No. No long wait. The only small delay might be the front desk people being snooty but once the nurse shows up, you're in and being seen. I think I waited about 10mins after I had immediately given them my info and they immediately took vials and weight&height. Hope that helps
In emergencies
Yes
My experience was totally different everyone was exceptional
Look up a medical supply store near you, then call.
Nominate her for the Daisy Award. They have forms in the hospital

Remove them and take them else where.. There are demons in that bldg i seen them. I am a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
