Made an appointment 2 months ago because that was the first available. I've always gone to the singleton location and I was late due to the Miscommunication from Los Barrios Where my appointment was. I was 3 mins late after the 15 min mark and the receptionist and the doctor came To the window and turned me away. Makes me Sad for other that do not have reliable transportation.

The only positive thing I have to say is this place can be a "cheap place" if you can't afford to go to a regular doctor. Other then that I would stay away or also go to another low cost place. We had SO many issues with them when it came to going threw them for our pregnancy and also follow ups with my wife. We stopped going there as soon as we were accepted threw medicaid and could go somewhere else. We had brought up several times that we thought we could tell something was off in her eye(our daughter was maybe 3 months at the time), THEY kept pushing it off. THEY WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT HER WEIGHT. (My wife and I are not giants and are not the biggest people). Anyways there ended up being some issues with the right eye (which got fixed the FIRST appointment at the new doctors and scheduled a surgery asap for the fowllowing week). They also installed an iud for my wife and caused her complete pain the whole time, then when we asked to remove it, they couldn't remove it. (Now I understand things happen, amd sometimes they have to refer us to someone else) the problem is the referrals never knew anything or there was some other problem. She ended up having to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM to get an IUD removed. Because they could never get it done or refer us to someone that could. I could go on, but if you read this much hopefully this will save you some headaches and you don't have to go threw what we did.

They used to be very kind, but now the bad way the secretaries respond made me stop going, they scold you and ask questions in a rude way, they say they are going to call you and they don't call and when you call again they speak very rudely to you that you should to wait and endless unpleasantness that I think why they treat like this? It's cheap but you also pay it's not free and even if it's free it wouldn't give them the right to treat people ugly, now the nurses are very kind and the male doctors because one day a woman attended me and made me feel very uncomfortable, my Suggestion hold more frequent meetings and give them social relations courses,

Someone on the phone told us they were open from 8 to 12 on Saturdays for Covid testing and we took an extra day off work, booked an extra night in our air bnb only to show up with them being closed. They answer the phone right away though, sooo busy obviously. The woman I spoke to was a manager and had nothing to say but, oh I'm sorry she shouldn't of told you that... They were wildly unprofessional, liars and seemed to legitimately not care when I spoke to them on the phone. -5/10. Wouldn't recommend even if you were bleeding out.

Good Morning. The first thing you need to do is contact the pharmacy.
If results come back showing anything positive /wrong , you are notify immediately. They have a registered nurse to reach out to you.
We have Drs. Geonologists. And head Drs. You can make an appointment for a general exam and I can talk to the Dr. about the problem that concerns you. The Dr. can perform the required tests and perhaps refer you to a specialist as needed.

Unfortunately. In this clinic no kind of surgeries are performed. The Doctor can make an evaluation and make a referral to the appropriate place according to your health.
No, they do not have. A doctor can check you in at the clinic and then can refer you to a cardiologist.
