Worse experience with office staff! I enjoyed my doctor but unfortunately the office, specifically the MANAGER just made it very hard to want to continue to be a patient. They seem to take advantage of individuals by providing the least bit of information as possible and when asking questions they never actually answer the questions. You are lucky to even get her on the phone within the first few attempts and if you ask in person be prepared to receive attitude and snottyness in return. Its like they hope to get people that don’t ask questions and are aware of certain things to get away with the work they do. They bill however they see fit and hope you don’t pay attention. I’ve paid them over $100 and when I get my final bill from my insurance turns out I only a FOURTH of what they charged me. When I ask and question they blame the insurance yet my insurance is the one who provides an answer and understanding for every question. Luckily I advocate for myself and I just pray every person that walks into this office does the same but Sadly I’ve seen patients asking questions after appointments and they are welcomed with an equal nasty attitude just the same way and look to walk away defeated. Please just don’t waste your time and try another doctors office if possible!

Really love my experience here and Dr. Fisher is great! Always answers any and all questions I have and the staff are very nice as well. Takes a while to get an initial appt bc of how booked they seem to always be but follow ups I’ve never had trouble scheduling!
