Dr.Wells is great however overall experience not so great. You’ll be waiting for 45mins-2hrs after your scheduled appointment time to be seen which is very unprofessional. People take off of work for these appointments! They send you to places outside of your insurance network which I have never had an office do before. Will perform procedures that aren’t covered under your insurance and will not notify you. I had an ultrasound performed at their clinic which I thought was covered but come to check out and nope! Had to pay completely out of pocket! I could’ve been referred to an imaging center that was in network and only pay for a copay but nope it had to be done at theirs. Absolutely no regard to their patients. Also Barbara is very rude which has been mentioned in other comments as well. Wish I could love this place as I really loved the Doctor but the disregard for patients is unacceptable.

No, the office is not contracted with any of the Medicaid plans.
Yes although you'll need to call your insurance to make sure you don't need a referral first.
