I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the CAP-Central Arraignment Court at the Broome County Jail.. They had a full house my turn so processing was slow but the corrections deputies were friendly and professional. A sergeant asked the booking deputy if I'd be staying and she looked at my misdemeanor information and said "no Russty won't be staying with us..." I arrived at 6PM, had Court a 8-8:45 and was out the door around 10:30 PM. They did provide a bag lunch which was unexpectedly courteous. Five Star because the intake staff exceeded ones booking expectations 😁👍

I have had multiple interactions with Broome County sheriff's. On each occasion I have found each officer to be nothing less than professional, considerate and patient. These officers deal with a lot and still show compassion and kindness.
