This apartment complex lacks commmuication and professionalism. I applied June 22nd 2022 and called every week to check on status of application and was told by the pregnant leasing office female that I have to wait until her supervisor comes in which she claims she doesn’t know. They never processed my application until August 8th and made up an excuse saying oh it was something with your paystubs but I’m a full time employee. I feel like they are trying to only get Hispanic residents into the apartments. Also I was there one day when the code enforcement came to serve them papers in August 2022.

Been living here for 4 years. Place has definitely gotten better over the past 10-12 months or so. New security, new gates, parking lot lit up all night, all of its helpin keep the crooks away.

Inspector Clean Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning
Contactors beware did a cleaning for them for an apartment and was never paid. Was led on by multiple false promises in regards to payment and never received it. When working with this company or any associate of Sun Valley request to be paid upfront in full no exceptions. Don't be fooled by there kinda demeanor and courtesy they will not pay!!!! They will say things like the last guy didn't do good work and so on no they didn't pay the last guy! How do I know cuz I'm him we have over 350 5 star reviews online and proof (before and after)o the work that was done.

wash your dishes and have your kitchen clean bro and those roaches won't have a reason to come to your house roaches don't go in people's houses if there's no food is there food anywhere on your kitchen and you have a dirty wife and kid dropping sheet everywhere and then they're going to come over I'll guarantee you because I live in apartments is roaches and it won't come in my house
Probably Not. Lol. Your best bet would be to just come in to the office.
Their rent is $1350 for a 2 bedroom and not worth it at all.
