Horrible experience with service department. Took for repairs received vehicle back with new problems. They would not discuss if they caused new problems. When took back for new repairs the promised date was not met and my calls were avoided when I wanted to ask about status. They had nothing to say about any of this just gave me my keys and took my money

Ontario Auto Ranch does have parts runners. Best thing to do is stop by and speak with someone in the parts department. If nit there, there may be something else open in another area.
